Care Plans FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. Annual plans are billed yearly and can be cancelled at any renewal date with 30 days notice.
What if my car needs a full correction?
Care plans cover maintenance — not major corrections. If we spot a problem that needs a full correction, we'll quote it separately with your plan discount applied.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any monthly renewal date. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Where do you perform the service?
At your home, office, or wherever your car is parked. We're fully mobile — all we need is a parking spot and access to water.
What if I need to skip a month?
Annual plans include one free pause per year (up to 4 weeks). Monthly plans can be paused with 7 days notice — you're not charged for paused months.
