1. Service Agreement

By requesting services from RestoreLab, you agree to these terms. Our services are mobile and performed on-site at your location. You are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the description and photos you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the surface differs significantly from what was described. We will inform you of any changes before beginning work.

3. Results & Limitations

Paint correction, glass polishing and surface restoration have inherent limitations. Scratches that penetrate through the clear coat to the primer or substrate cannot be fully removed by polishing. We will assess your surfaces and provide an honest expectation of results before starting.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee to cover travel costs.

5. Liability

RestoreLab takes care with all surfaces worked on. We carry professional liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported immediately upon completion of work and before the vehicle or vessel leaves the service location.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
