Do I need to provide a power outlet or water supply?
No — we are 100% self-sufficient. We bring our own generator, professional-grade polishing machines, and water supply. All you need to provide is a parking spot or marina berth access.
How much clear space do you need around the car or boat?
For a car: approximately 1 metre of clear space on each working side is ideal — a standard parking bay is sufficient. For yacht work, we operate directly at your marina berth with no haulout required.
What happens if it rains or weather conditions are poor?
Glass and acrylic jobs can proceed in light rain. Paint correction and ceramic coating require dry conditions. We check the forecast in advance — if conditions are unsuitable, we reschedule at no charge and no inconvenience to you.
Do I need to be present during the entire service?
Not at all. Most clients leave their car or boat and get on with their day. Just leave us access to the vehicle and a contact number. We send you a photo report when the job is complete.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Simple: if you are not satisfied with the result, we come back and redo it at zero extra cost. Premium ceramic packages include a 12-month coating protection warranty. The price you approve is always the price you pay — no surprises.
